纯电动汽车VCU标定与电池标定管理概述

BMS根据预充电阻的温度模型判断是否能够支持下次上电(Precharge UnitReady)并发送给VCU,正常Keyoff时VCU进入Change of mind状态,此时保持高压电,仅如下条件满足时进入高压下电流程


①Precharge Unit Ready信号置位(即预充电阻已准备好下次上电请求)且超过Change of mind最小等待时间》通常标定5-10s (避免短时频繁上下电)


②超过Change of mind最长等待时间》通常标定》15-30s
