ISL78424EVAL3Z、ISL78434EVAL1Z 和 ISL78444EVAL1Z 评估板提供一种快速的综合方法，可用于在半桥配置中评估驱动两个 NMOS FET 栅极的 ISL78424 、 ISL78434 和 ISL78444 100V 3A 源电流、4A 灌电流半桥驱动器。评估板包含两个 N 通道 MOSFET，用于评估半桥驱动器的负载，如 DC 电机或同步开关稳压器。

ISL784x4 系列的 FET 驱动器采用 14 Ld HTSSOP 封装，并配有热 EPAD。此系列驱动器可在 8V 至 18V DC 的电源电压下使用，能够驱动 70V 半桥配置中的高侧 N 通道 FET。独特的三电平 PWM 输入（仅适用于 ISL78424 和 ISL78444）使用一个输入即可控制高端和低端栅极驱动器。如果 PWM 引脚浮置，内部上拉和下拉电阻将 PWM 引脚偏置为中间电平状态。在中间电平状态，高端和低端灌极驱动器均处于活动状态，能够禁用上下两个 MOSFET，这对于需要降相或在同步 DC/DC 转换器中实现非同步运行的多相位 DC/DC 转换器非常有利。ISL78434 具备独立的 HI 和 LI 驱动引脚，可控制其相应的 FET 输出驱动器信号。ISL78434 提供输入锁定保护，防止两个驱动器输出同时变为高电平有效。如果某个输入已为逻辑高电平，驱动器会锁定另一个输入逻辑从而防止该逻辑错误地传输到该驱动器输出。

ISL78424 和 ISL78434 具有单独的引脚，可用于驱动器源电流输出和灌电流输出。HO_H 和 HO_L 分别是高端的源电流驱动器和灌电流驱动器。另外，LO_H 和 LO_L 分别是低端的源电流驱动器和灌电流驱动器。采用单独的源灌输出引脚，允许借助栅极驱动限流电阻优化 FET 导通/关断时间。
