特性
  • 省电模式,CMOS待机功耗低,从省电模式恢复只需200个CLKIN周期
  • 借助3总线架构,可在每个指令周期中实现双取操作数
  • 多功能指令
  • 单循环指令执行
  • 单循环内容切换
  • 空闲模式时功耗极低
  • 指令周期时间:12.5 ns(1.8 V(内部)、80 MIPS持续性能)

ADSP-218xN系列包括6款单芯片微电脑,针对数据信号处理应用而优化。系列全部成员均具有引脚兼容特性,差别仅体现在片内SRAM容量上。这种特性再加上ADSP-21xx出色的代码兼容性,可为设计提供极大的灵活性。ADSP-218xN系列产品的SRAM从2 MB到$3.50不等。具体地,该系列的成员有:

  • ADSP-2184N (4K PM/4K DM)
  • ADSP-2186N (8K PM/8K DM)
  • ADSP-2185N (16K PM/16K DM)
  • ADSP-2187N (32K PM/32K DM)

  • 在ADSP-218x系列产品组合中,ADSP-218xN系列具有最高的性能(80Mhz/MIPS)和最低的功耗(0.55mW/MIP @ 1.8V)。该系列的全部成员均采用100引脚LQFP和144引脚MBGA两种封装。
