AD652同步电压频率转换器(SVFC)是一个功能强大的精密模数转换应用构建模块，100 kHz输出频率时的非线性误差典型值为0.002%。传递函数固有的单调性和宽时钟频率范围使得转换时间和分辨率可以针对特定应用进行优化。AD652使用多种常用的电荷平衡技术来执行转换功能。它利用外部时钟定义满量程输出频率，而不是依赖于外部电容的稳定性。因此，传递函数更稳定、线性度更高，这对单通道和多通道系统都有很大好处。精密低漂移基准电压源和低温度系数片内薄膜调整电阻使增益漂移较小。此外，激光晶圆调整将初始增益误差降至0.5%以下。AD652的模拟和数字部分设计允许采用单端电源供电，从而简化隔离电源的使用。
